It’s always a good time to make a comforting bowl of ramen noodles! 😍 Our Spiced Mushroom Ramen is always on our recipe rotation 💛🍜 You can garnish your ramen with whatever you have at home, but we loooove to add some tofu and roasted corn! We sprinkled some black sesame seeds and voila!! 😍🤤🍜 Check out the recipe below! ⬇️⬇️⁣

6 cups of water ⁣
1 onion
2 cups of mixed dried mushrooms ⁣
2 bay leaves ⁣
2 star anis seeds ⁣
4 cloves ⁣
2 garlic cloves, smashed ⁣
2 dehydrated chili peppers ⁣
3 inch piece of fresh ginger ⁣
2 tbs of soy sauce ⁣
Noodles of choice ⁣

1. In a pot over medium heat, bring your water to a boil. ⁣
2. Optional: Meanwhile, in a cheese cloth, seal your spices,, peppers and garlic together. ⁣
3. Add your mixed dried mushrooms, sealed bag with spices, onion, ginger and soy sauce. ⁣
4. Cook for about 45 minutes. ⁣
5. If the broth evaporates below 4 cups of water, add water as needed. ⁣
6. Add your cooked noodles of choice ⁣
7. Garnish with your favorites! We used tofu and roasted corn! ⁣
8. Enjoy! ⁣
