Meatless Monday or Mexican Monday? ๐Ÿ˜œ Either way we are devouring our Vegan Crunch Wrap Supreme! It’s irresistibly yummy and full of flavor, especially with our Homemade Hispanic black beans (double the yum!! ๐Ÿ˜) Check out the recipes below!โฃโฃ โคต๏ธโœ๏ธ
๐ˆ๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐๐ข๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ: โฃโฃ
– 2 tbs of olive oil โฃโฃ
– 2 cups of mushrooms, diced โฃโฃ
– 1 tsp of garlic powder โฃโฃ
– 1 tsp of tajin * โฃโฃ
– 1/2 cup of corn โฃโฃ
– 1/2 cup of cooked rice โฃโฃ
– Salt/pepper to taste โฃโฃ
1. Cook olive oil, mushrooms, garlic powder and tajin for 5 minutes. โฃโฃ
2. Add corn. Cook for another 5 minutes โฃโฃ
3. Add rice and salt & pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes and take off the stove.โฃโฃ
4. Add your favorite veggie toppings and black beans (see below)!โฃโฃ
5. Enjoy ๐Ÿ™‚ โฃโฃ

๐ˆ๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐๐ข๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:โฃโฃ
– 1 tbs of olive oilโฃโฃ
– 1 shallot, small โฃโฃ
– 1 tomato, roughly chopped โฃโฃ
– Handful of cilantro โฃโฃ
– 1 can of black beansโฃโฃ
– 1/2 tsp of cumin โฃโฃ
– Juice of 1/2 limeโฃโฃ
1. Sautรฉ cilantro, shallots, tomato, olive oil for 5-6 minutes. โฃโฃ
2. Add black beans with half of the can brine, cumin, and lime juice. Cook for another 5-10 more minutes. โฃโฃ
3. Add it all to your food processor and process until smooth. โฃโฃ
4. Spread it on your Vegan Supreme Crunch! โฃโฃ
5. Enjoy ๐Ÿ™‚
