With shorter and colder days, we all need a little extra energy! ⚡️ This Revitalizing Butternut Squash salad is packed with nutrients and Fall vibes 🍁🍂 The pops of sweetness from the squash and bright acidity from the dressing is the best combo… trust us! There’s nothing better than a perfect tahini dressing. Check out the recipe below! ⤵️⤵️⤵️ What are your Fall favorite flavors? ⁣🧡🧡

3 cups of butternut squash, finely chopped ⁣
1 tsp of garlic powder ⁣
1 tsp of onion powder ⁣
1 tsp of liquid aminos ⁣
1/2 tsp liquid smoke ⁣
Salt/pepper to taste ⁣
3 handfuls of baby arugula ⁣
1/2 cup dill, finely chopped ⁣
1 avocado, chopped ⁣
1 cup of quinoa, cooked ⁣
1/2 purple onion, chopped ⁣

Dressing⁣
Juice of 1 lime ⁣
1 tbs of tahini ⁣
1/2 tbs of liquid aminos ⁣
1/4 tsp of garlic powder ⁣

1. Pre-heat oven at 300F. ⁣
2. Add your butternut squash on lined baking sheet. ⁣
3. Bake for 20-30 minutes. ⁣
4. Let the squash cool before adding to salad. ⁣
5. In a mixing bowl, add all of your ingredients and mix well. ⁣
6. In a small mixing bowl, mix your salad dressing ingredients until well combined. ⁣
7. Add dressing to salad⁣
8. Enjoy!
